Who we are

What we collect
When you sign up for early access: your name, email address, age group, country, and a record of your consent (what you agreed to and when).
Why we use it
- Your sign-up — to register you on the early-access list and send one email asking you to confirm your address. If you don't confirm, we won't email you again and delete the sign-up within 30 days. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps).
- News and offers — only if you ticked the box: launch date, start of sales, early-access offers. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us.
Teenagers under 16
If you are under 16, please sign up together with a parent or guardian. Where the law of your country requires it, we will ask for parental consent before sending marketing emails.
Where we keep it and who we share it with
We never sell your data. Your sign-up is stored in our own database on a server in Germany (EU), hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, and our emails are sent from that server — no third-party mailing service is used. The website itself is hosted by Netlify [CONFIRM]. These providers process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until launch and up to 24 months after, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@upnfame.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

If we change this policy, we will update the version date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
