Philosophy · The art of small steps

UP'N'FAME is a school for teenagers who want to be seen — not by shouting louder, but by moving forward, one small and deliberate step at a time.

Five principles. One direction — up

Skills for life. Space to grow. For teenagers aged 13–18 — opening in 2027.

Five principles

Every result is a stack of small steps.

Each principle is one step. Together they point in a single direction — up.

  1. 01

    Small steps. Big results.

Nothing big happens at once. A lesson, a sketch, a first take. We teach teenagers to love the step, not wait for the leap.

  2. 02

    Don't follow the crowd.

Everyone is a square in the grid until they decide not to be. Find what makes you different — and point it up.

  3. 03

    Show up. Be seen.

Talent nobody sees doesn't count yet. Post the work, take the stage, raise your hand. Being visible is a skill — and it can be learned.

  4. 04

    Make mistakes. Keep going.

A wrong try is not failure — it is information. We make room to experiment, fail fast and try again.

  5. 05

    Reach the goal.

Small steps, the courage to be different, showing up and learning from mistakes add up to one thing: fame, on your own terms.

How it works

Step 01

Try.

Begin before you feel ready. One step is enough to start.

Step 02

Create.

Stand out. Turn ideas into real work, in your own voice.

Step 03

Make it.

Show it, finish it, own it. Then take the next step up.
